Once your order has been placed, we’ll be in touch within 3–5 business days with your first proof or to request any additional information. During peak periods, there may be a slight delay.
Your proof will be reviewed and either approved or refined. All online orders include up to three rounds of revisions. As these designs are part of our semi custom collections, some changes may be limited.
Once your stationery or signage is approved, it is sent to print. Please refer to our Print Lead Times for expected production timeframes.
When your items return from our printers and suppliers, we carefully assemble and package everything ready for collection in Bendigo or delivery.
Your stationery and signage are then ready for your wedding or event, one less detail for you to think about.

Design & Quoting
We’ll talk through ideas, scope and pricing before preparing your invoice. A 30% deposit secures your date and allows us to begin the design process.
Design Development
Once confirmed, we’ll ask you to provide your wording and details so we can commence design. You’ll receive one to two initial concepts, depending on how defined your vision is. All proofs are supplied digitally via PDF.
Refinement
We work collaboratively with you to refine and finalise your chosen design, ensuring every detail feels considered and true to your vision.
Print & Production
Once your design is approved and final payment is received, your stationery is sent to print. Please refer to our print lead times for production timeframes.

We begin by understanding the details that matter most, the mood, the aesthetic, and how you’d like your love story to be experienced from the very first impression. From there, we design invitations and stationery that feel intentional, refined and entirely your own.
For couples seeking fully customised invitations and stationery for their wedding or event, our custom design fee begins at $250, plus printing costs.
As a guide, invitation suites start from $1,000 for 60 suites, including three cards, digital printing and die-cutting where required.
