once you've booked
Once you have secured your date by paying your deposit, we will confirm with you and welcome you on board!
You're welcome to send through inspo and ask questions in the lead up, but we won't finalise anything until around 8-12 weeks out from your day. We will book in a phone call to go over things, answer questions and go through your day in detail.
You will then receive your final flower proposal with relevant mockups, details we have spoken about and your mood board / style guide - all ready to create your dream day.
Around a month out from the day we will require our on the day form returned and your final invoice will be sent. Based off this, two weeks out we will send through our relevant on the day timeline.
Your day arrives, personals are delivered and we are off to the venue to create magic!
If required, we will return to packdown or see you upon returning our items.
