Once your contract is signed and your 30% deposit is paid, your date is secure!
Once your date is secured with your deposit, we’ll welcome you on board. You’re welcome to send through inspiration or questions anytime, and we’ll finalise your floral designs around 8–12 weeks out.
We’ll book a call to go through your day in detail, and then you’ll receive your final floral proposal.
Your on-the-day form and final invoice are due one month out, followed by a final timeline two weeks before the wedding.
On the day, personals are delivered and we head to the venue to create your florals. Pack down can be managed by you or arranged with us.
Once your date is secured, we’ll welcome you in and begin gathering inspiration for your florals, signage and stationery. We keep communication open throughout, and final concepts come together around 8–12 weeks out.
We’ll schedule a call to walk through your day and confirm design details before sending your full proposal & proofs.
Your on-the-day form and final invoice are due one month out, and your final timeline arrives two weeks before the wedding.
On the day, we deliver your florals, install your signage, and bring all creative elements to life. Pack down can be completed by you or booked with us.
Once your date is secured, we begin working closely together from the very start.
Full creative direction includes ongoing communication, concept development, mood boards, design planning, and guidance across florals, styling, signage, stationery and every detail in between.
Your vision is shaped collaboratively throughout your planning journey, with key design decisions finalised in the months leading up to your day.
As we move closer, we will refine everything together, confirming layouts, menus, linens, florals, signage and all elements.

Atelier Creative is based in Bendigo, Victoria, however we travel all throughout Victoria and beyond for the right fit.
We regularly work throughout the Yarra Valley, Macedon Ranges, Mornington Peninsula, Echuca Moama and regional Victoria, and absolutely love creating weddings at private properties and marquee-style venues.
Travel fees may apply depending on location, logistics and installation requirements.
